Thanks to the money we get from DVD sales and the generousity of the PTO we have been able to buy seven new USB microscopes. These microscopes will hook up to our laptops and allow for more collaborative work between students.

You will see that I have added a new link on my sidebar to Student Websites. Fifth grade is now starting to blog on their own websites.

The fourth grade classes have now received their assignments and they are off and running with their US Constitution project to make a podcast. Each team has four students and will have to research their assigned subject and write a script

We are about half-way through our second movie of the year and I am very impressed with this group of students. Since we are making a comedy this time, it can be really hard to deliver their lines in a way that will be funny, but these students have really stepped up and have turned out to be great little actors.
